Refund Policy

All non-perishable unopened products accompanied by a receipt may be returned for a refund in the manner with which it was purchased, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse and it is within 7 days of purchase.

All non-perishable unopened products not accompanied by a receipt may be returned for a store credit only, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse, and it is not a seasonal item.

All non-perishable opened products must be accompanied by a receipt and will only be returned for a refund, if the sell by date is good and spoilage occurred, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse and it is within 7 days of purchase.

All produce products accompanied by a receipt may be returned for a refund in the manner with which it was purchased, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse and it is within 2 days of purchase. Discounted items will not be returned.

All produce products not accompanied by a receipt are subject to the decision of our produce manager. Credits cannot be issued without their approval.

All perishable dairy and/or frozen products must be accompanied by a receipt and will only be returned if the sell by date is good and spoilage occurred for refund, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse and it is within 7 days of purchase.

All perishable meats and/or fish must be unopened in its original packaging accompanied with a receipt and is subject to the decision of our meat/fish manager/. Only a store credit will be issued, as long as there is no evidence of product/temperature abuse and it is within 24 hours of purchase.

All perishable meats and/or fish in opened packaging or post the 24 hours of purchase are subject to the decision of our meat/fish manager.  Credits cannot be issued without their approval.
