For the chicken:
- 2lbs @thecedarmarket boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1.5 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tap MSG (yes, this can be left out)

Cooking Instructions
Toss the chicken in the spices and corn starch until fully coated then transfer to a parchment lined sheet pan. Roast at 475℉ for 20-30 minutes.
While the chicken cooks, mix together all your sauce ingredients & reduce over medium to low heat. Once the sauce has thickened, add in the chicken and toss. Note: If it gets too thick or you don’t have enough add a little water and stir again.
Plate & enjoy!
Optional: serve with roasted shredded Brussels sprouts and rice
For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup hot honey*
*To be less spicy, use regular honey or half of each
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 12 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
