Ingredient List:
- 1 pack @naturalearthproductsinc Rice paper sheets
- 1 pack @bodekkosherproduce shredded Cole slaw
- 1 pack @meal_mart spicy pastrami
- 2 avocados
- 1 shallot, diced
- 1 tsp @mrbingnyc chili crisp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
For the dipping sauce:
- 1/4 cup duck sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp chili crisp

These are honestly stupid good. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the old fashioned version. The ratio of filling to crust is so much better this way. You can skip the avocado if you want, but I think it adds a really nice creamy texture that keeps them from getting super oily. The dance your mouth will make when your tastebuds get their hand on the chili crisp duck sauce too!
Cooking Instructions
Chop the pastrami into small pieces and add to a hot pan with the shredded Cole slaw. Add in the salt and cover. Let it steam and soften for 5-7 minutes; then uncover and add in the shallots and chili crisp. Once brown, deglaze with the soy sauce.
Remove the filling and add to your rice paper rounds. Folding the wet paper into triangles. Then shallow fry for 2 minutes per side in a pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool off.
For the sauce just add all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
