For the chicken:
- 1 pkg @thecedarmarket small boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 pineapple
- 4-6 shallots
For the marinade:
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cooking Instructions
Cube the chicken and combine with all ingredients for the marinade. While the chicken marinates, cut your pineapples into cubes and shallots into halves.
Soak the wood skewer sticks in water, then start building your skewers. Chicken, pineapple, shallots, chicken, pineapple, shallots…
Drizzle with a little bit of honey and a pinch of salt. Broil for 10 minutes.
Garnish with extra marinade from the pan and pomegranate arils.
