Ingredient List:
- 1 lb @thecedarmarket ground lamb
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Pitas cut in half (to make your own pita, use this recipe)

Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Open the pitas and stuff the filling into the pita pocket.
Add lying flat to a greased sheet pan and cook in 500℉ oven for 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, then remove from the oven.
Serve with pickled onions & enjoy!
For turmeric tahini dipping sauce, mix 1 tbsp sesame paste & 1 tbsp cold water as per package instructions. Then add 1 tsp each of salt, granulated garlic and turmeric. Mix until smooth and dip!
