- 1 bag frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 3 tbsp Natural & Kosher feta cheese
- 3 Oz Natural & Kosher Muenster cheese
- 3-6 sheets of rice paper
- 1 cup Sababa Foods Saturday Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or EBTB seasoning

Cooking Instructions
Drain and press the spinach until all liquid is out.
Slice your red onion and then add to a pan and steam soft on the stove.
Add the spinach, garlic, salt and pepper and cook until all the water is cooked off. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add the cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
Dip 3 (or 6, if you’d like a thicker crust) sheets of rice paper in water and lay them out in an overlapping pattern on a board. Add the filling to the center then fold over and roll. On one end, roll the rice paper into a spiral. Brush with an egg wash, and dust with sesame seeds or EBTB seasoning.
Baked in the air fryer at 350°F for 25 minutes (regular oven 425°F for 25 minutes).
Let cool before cutting, because it will be molten hot.
